Meditation
It is process by which relaxation can be possible to the greatest Extend. Meditation is not meant only for spiritual guru or person who are devoted to god. It is meant to be done by everyone. It is something which helps to overcome suffering. Two major aspects we have one is Pain and Suffering. Pain is caused by physical body disturbance where suffering is because of mental status and having different understanding,In short ignorant to something can lead to suffering.
Simple to understand Meditation means
Attention towards something.
Different types which i know of can be taken to start meditation
1. Chanting Mantra
This is where we continously listen to some sound repetitive to create our mind in one place.
2. Vipasana Meditation: This is where need to focus on breath.
3. Sound of Silence(Anhad Nad):
4. Mindfulness Meditation:This is one best way to practice while doing any activity. Just need to be mindful of doing certain task.
5. Guided Meditation:This is where we listen to an audio by which we walk through by person guiding and following instructions
6. Practice Affirmation:This is where we tell positive points to our selves.
Advantages of Doing Meditation which I feel
1. Improving Concentration
2. Improving Attention
3. Feel Energetic whole day
4. Feeling of Empathy to something
5. It may reduce Anger, Anxiety, stress and depression
6. Increased in Acceptance
7. Decreased thoughts and may reached to Thoughlessness State
8. We feel we are in present moment
9. Life becomes loving to all areas.
10. Many unresloved issues start to solve or atleast suffering due to particular state would reduce.
I had a curiosity to know everybit and detail and so i started a journey to understand in detail.
If we create a curiosity to know what thoughts are going in our mind it is very easy. Just start observing thoughts and not to drive with thoughts. We make mistake while doing meditation we should not have thoughts if that is situation then we will not be able to think any thing and no action will be taken.
Best example is
If you are standing on a Busy road, From corner you will see all cars, busses are passes. We just see those car and buses we dont follow them by standing on road. This is what we need to do while doing meditation. It is very natural to have many thoughts initially gradually it will decrease best to control is to observe our breadth.
Meditation:Unlocking Energy Centers
If you dive deep into it then many meditation would come like Chakra meditation, Aura cleansing, Astral travel and so on. We can experience all different states if you really want. Definetly after exercise, meditation can help in activating our energy centers.
How to start
Start with 1 min of closing your eyes and just observe what happening in your surrounding and in body. Try to ease things and increase timing as per your tolerance. Initially many sensation may come whatever happens just observe and slowly increase and reach to a level where 10 mins daily practice.
This is also One Best habit to make can change many instances in life.
